01. Acceptance.

Interaction with fihavizx.com constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms. Fihavizx provides expert consultancy and educational materials under the premise that users are professional entities or representatives of business interests seeking to refine their internal data intelligence.
If you do not agree with any specific provision regarding our KPI methodologies or intellectual property rights, you must discontinue use of the site and its associated service libraries immediately. Use of our SaaS metrics tools implies a technical understanding that these benchmarks are advisory in nature.
02. IP & Usage.
Proprietary Assets
Framework Licensing
All content, including the unique KPI sequencing methodology and SaaS metrics algorithms, are the property of Fihavizx. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and implement these concepts for personal professional development or internal business optimization.
Redistribution, white-labeling, or resale of our proprietary Metric Library without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and monitored through digital asset tracking.
Prohibited Acts
Scraping our database or reverse-engineering our weighting formulas.
Permitted Acts
Citing our research with appropriate attribution to fihavizx.com.
Operational Reality
Our consultancy is headquartered in Indonesia, operating under local business regulations while serving a global digital intelligence network.
03. Liability.
Risk Allocation
The "Advisory Only" Clause
"Fihavizx provides data frameworks designed for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or operational performance levels resulting from the application of our KPIs."
Under no circumstances shall Fihavizx be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any errors in the SaaS metrics library or the interpretative failure of business intelligence dashboards constructed by the user. Responsibility for strategic decisions remains entirely with the client organization.
Jurisdiction.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of fihavizx.com shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Banjarmasin.
Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these terms to reflect changing regulatory requirements or shifts in our consultancy methodology. Continued use of the platform and metrics services after updates constitutes acceptance.
